I make my own salad dressing with it, and also use it diluted in spring water as a rinse for my hair. It does aid in digestion, and it supposedly helps blood sugar issues.

Do you like oven-baked chicken?

Cut the chicken in halves, wash, and put them in a baking pan skin down, then prepare the following mixture:

INGREDIENTS
-6 ounces of chicken broth
-1 tablespoon-full of Tone's lemon pepper (or any other brand that has salt) (you can use 1-1/2 tablespoon is you prefer a little more salt)
-1 teaspoon of Good Seasons "zesty Italian" salad dressing mix (has salt)
-1/2 tablespoon butter
-1/2 teaspoon of Italian spices
-2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
-3 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar
-1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Preheat the oven at 325 degrees. Mix the ingredients well, and then pour half of it evenly over the chicken, then turn the chicken skin up, and pour the other half of the mixture over the chicken. Place in the oven and bake until the skin has turned golden brown (turn the pan around inside the oven every hour or so), and the internal temperature is around 165-170 degrees. Pull it out of the oven and cover with aluminum foil, then let it rest for ten minutes.

A fruit salad and a glass of orange juice go well with chicken.

Here's a good list of ACV benefits (and associated studies), including blood sugar modulation and weight management.

Apple cider vinegar uses: What the experts say - CNN

A simple test using ACV has also proven beneficial in determining stomach acid levels (HCL) if one is inclined to believe this may be the cause of certain digestive issues.
