You'd need to know why this is happening before trying to treat it. The fluid is a symptom...but of what we can't say, so we can't offer suggestions.

The only way I know to remove fluid on the elbow is through aspiration. Have you injured your elbow recently? The bursa is the most susceptible part and if injured, the entire area will see fluid build up. Although, simple inflammation due to arthritis can cause fluid to accumulate. If you are able to take them, try an anti inflammatory - like Aleve - or whatever works best for you. If the fluid remains there, see your doctor. They can usually aspirate it in the office.

Years ago the doctor removed fluid on the elbow is through aspiration in his office. Painless and quick, the problem never returned afterward.
