Anyone use a Chiro or Massage therapy? Also, take Glutamine for massive recovery tho unsure how well it actually works. Thinking of trying it again as used it briefly like 20yrs ago but really not long enough to see results.
I would think the best way to accomplish muscle recovery would be weight bearing exercise.

Oops, you recovery from exercise? Sore muscles? For me stretching, massage and more exercise of the affected muscle. Just light exercise to warm up the lactic acid.
