I bought a tincture the other week that is CBD, which I usually take for stress.
Last week I bought this product ([url]https://www.moleculehealth.com/collections/sleep/products/botanical-drops-night-1000mg[/url]) which helped put me to sleep and boost my deep sleep, which my other tincture doesn't usually do. The additives are all plant-derived.
Does anyone know which component helps enhance the sleep aspect of the tincture?
All of the ones mentioned - chamomile, hops, passionflower, lavender - can do it without CBD. They, and other natural sleep remedies, often work better in combinations than singly. More importantly, if you can determine the underlying causes for the problem, it's easier to select the right remedies. Each plant has different constituents so some combos will address your underlying causes better than others.
