that's great to hear.
I also find it helps with anxiety..
PS when you talk about working up the nerve to take your bp, at home, I totally get it!
It took me a couple of years, along with the urging of my sis-in-law and my doctor.
I'm glad I now do it.
It is a source of information, and for me -- helps me feel more agency for my body, as I am able to lower my bp.
I write down every reading, and : the time, my mood, how much I slept, if I had eaten or not, if I had drunk coffee or not.
I wish you less anxiety and a healthy blood pressure!
