Something tells me all (or most) of my symptoms are somehow connected to each other through an undiagnosed condition, let's see if you can figure it out =). The western way of medicine expects you to just focus on one symptom per office visit... If I took that route, I'd probably be on 50 different horrible medications and probably be dead by some side effect. Anywho don't mind my jadedness n let's get started. =)

Worst debilitating symptoms that effect me the most:

Extreme fatigue no matter how much sleep I get
Severe severe menstrual cramps + pms
Chronic Pancreatitis since age 10 (not from alcohol)
depression
Anxiety
Frequent migraines
Very bad memory + brain fog

Other symptoms that aren't as severe:

Irritable bowel syndrome
Gastritis
Acid reflux
Constant constipation
Acne
Gum disease
Many allergies to medications
Ulcer
Shortness of breath
Rapid heart rate to minor activity
Canker sores
Ridges in finger nails
Itchy inside ears
Pale skin
Very lightheaded apon standing with temporary vision impairment
Frequent sinus infections
White fuzzy tongue when bodys run down
Very low libido
Scholiosis
Growing up on unhealthy junk food high processed n sugary foods
Bad body odor
Under weight 5'6 112lbs
Weakness in arms
Body's unable to handle average stress
Get motion sickness
Very sensitive to temperature, perfumes, foods, noise volume
Frequent UTI's
Lactos intolerant
Different sized pupils only right after waking up
Low blood pressure

Well...that's pretty much it. I'm actually only 25 years old and have had almost all of these symptoms since I was 11. My family has a lot of the same ones also. I'm currently not taking any medications and I don't drink or smoke.
Anyone have any idea what all these symptoms could mean??

If you have Chronic Pancreatitis, why are you wondering about all those symptoms?
Pancreatitis can affect every function of your body.

I vote for chronic malnutrition, poor vitamin intake. You might try taking a strong multivitamin and a multimineral, along with eating a healthy natural diet with lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, and no fast food or junk food.

Lol @ home care physician, I've been seeing them since I was born... They just say they don't know, or I'm fine or just write prescriptions per symptom. Ya I always wondered if my chronic pancreatitis caused all these symptoms... But what caused the pancreatitis? I think the pancreatitis is causing malnutrition cause I take over 15 herbal vitamin supplements a day yet it still feels like nothing so I'm wondering if my pancreas is preventing my body from digesting the nutrition and enzymes correctly. I'm not really sure the function of a pancreas, I just know my amalase and lypase levels are sky high when I have an acute attack. My family struggles with chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression, poor concentration/memory, migraine headaches, ibs, Allergy sensitivities and weakened immune system but they don't have pancreantitis.

A majority of the symptoms you have noted indicates that you may have HYPERTHYROIDISM. The Thyroid is the hormone regulator of the body. There are a number of different thyroid condition so do your research.

There are 3 main Thyroid function blood tests that are required. The most common test is for TSH levels. I highly recommend that you also get tested for Free T3 and Free T4 levels as most doctors do not conduct these tests but they are also important to know to ensure that you will be on the correct levels of medication.

Do not get confused with Hypo-thyroidism which is where the body gains weight, ensure search is for Hyper-thyroidism as that is where you are under weight.

Doctors often misdiagnose the symptoms as something else so be specific to ask your doctor for these blood tests. A specialist in this field of Endocrinology so if your are not getting detailed information from your doctor (they are not trained in this area) request a referral to an Endocrinologist.

American Thyroid Association website may be a good place to start. I have resources for Australian services only so internet search for USA sites that may be helpful to you.

American Thyroid Association | ATA

I have to take medication everyday for the rest of my life and get blood tests every 6 months. Since I was diagnosed and finally gotten on the correct levels of medication (slow process) my health has improved dramatically! This condition has effected both female and male relations. My mother was misdiagnosed until she was 58 years old with her symptoms.

Finally if you do have a thyroid condition please ensure you research your foods to avoid as a number of them effect your medication and your thyroid. For example you should NOT have any SOY products, if you take vitamins you need to ensure that they are taken at least 4 hours after thyroid medication as it effects the thyroid medication for being fully effective. Calcium effects also. You should not eat RAW cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage as that vegetable family has chemical components when eaten raw is bad for the thyroid, once cooked it destroys the chemical component. There is so much more to learn so it is important that you know what foods to eat and how other medications/vitamins etc effects.

Good luck.

Also, don't change your diet as a result of following an anonymous poster's medical advice about something as significant as your thyroid. Especially when they make blanket statements on what you absolutely should NOT eat..if you have "a thyroid condition."

I have a thyroid condition. My condition is - half of it was surgically removed, because a tumor was growing on it. I take synthetic thyroid replacement every day, and I eat GMO soy-heavy processed foods, raw broccoli, and I'm a cheese lover and get lots and lots of calcium through my overconsumption of cheese. My thyroid levels are perfect, as they always are, because I take the meds, which I take to regulate my thyroid. That is what the meds are for. There is no food I'm forbidden, no supplement I'm instructed to reject. The only supplements I take are a daily children's chewable multi-vitamin (mixed citrus flavors), and a TUMs 750mg calcium chewable (mixed berry flavors).

OP, you might want to mention what you're eating, what kind of environment you live in (such as, do you live across the street from a factory that spews black smoke from its smokestacks? Or does a river containing toxic waste run through your back yard? That kind of "what kind of environment" is what I'm asking), and what kind of exercise you get. Those symptoms are symptoms of all kinds of things, and sthe things they're symptoms of, don't necessarily have the same cause. You could very well have a number of problems, all caused by different things.

I got my thyroid blood tested and the test came back normal. Not sure how accurate they are. My environment growing up I lived directly next to cranberry bogs where they would fly planes and helicopters over my house spraying pesticides. I lived there for 12 years and now I live in nyc where I'm sure there's chemicals everywhere especially with the apartment building and subways constantly exterminating rats n roaches I can smell the raid like fumes. Right now I'm on a pretty heavy detox candida diet getting rid of yeast, parasites and heavy metals to rule those out. I eat greens, almonds, coconuts, almonds, eggs, oat bran, lemons and millet. Hopefully I'll feel a lot better once I get everything out of my system.

I agree that disclosing your usual diet might help. For you own knowledge, keeping a food diary could help you tie symptoms to foods (this could help you see if you are sensitive to any foods). Lactose intolerance is normal in an adult human; we're not really meant to drink milk after infancy.

A number of your symptoms sound quite familiar to me, as I have several family members with this disorder. The symptom list has a number of correspondences. Obviously, this is not a diagnosis, but it could be a place to start.

I stated that they MAY have this condition, I stated that they should SEEK medical assistance, I stated that they should RESEARCH and when I stated should not eat that certain foods is because MEDICAL testing has been done and I was stating facts, not just blanket statements. I also finished saying that there is a lot to learn so to do your own research.

You sound like your one of the lucky ones that medication has "fixed" it for you without doing anything else, except for your moods that is!

I hope Misdiagnosed poster does get the medical help they need.
