So I cleansed for several days. After my cleanse I am so hungry I cannot even tell you. Before I was eating healthy, was not really craving sweets or salt; and now this has completely changed. I can't get enough of any of these!

I am curious if this has happened to anyone else......

You eat only raw veggies and a little bit of fruit for 7 days to 'clean' out your system. It is supposed to boost your metabolism and stop you from craving sweets etc....

anyone who fasts (and you've done something like it) often (almost always) finds that the most difficult part is coming off of it because the hunger and/or cravings can be intense and people often over indulge.
ya just gotta go easy.
if you're having an intense craving for a sweet or something salty, have just a little bit of it.
extremes are not long lasting.
it's like when people go on an extreme diet to lost weight, lose a lot then regain it all and then some.
balance is key.
also, if you're cleansing just by way of diet or withdrawing all or certain foods, if your not eliminating well it's a waste and potentially counter productive.
just wanted to add that.
