I say chile and brazil. Chile has a developed and pretty prosperous economy, whereas Brazil's is huge and booming! Uruguay is a nice country, but it's economy is pretty small and not very diversified (mainly agriculture).
Brazil has the most diversified economy in Latin America.
It has the most diversified services sector and the most diversified manufacturing sector.
Brazil's manufacturing sector produces a wide range of goods, both for domestic consumption and for exports.
