Brazil has plenty of ugly women.
However, having been to Brasil several times and having spent the last two weeks in beaches in Santa Catarina and Rio Grande Do Sul there are plenty of very beautiful women with amazing bodies.
Im guessing the saying comes from gringoes who can score with a 8-10 in Brazil, and are unable to do so in their own country.

Brazil is expensive these days, but it slightly cheaper than it was a few years ago because the real is doing bad.

Imaginary? So you are saying in a country of 100+ million people there are no ugly woman? There is something magical about the air in Brazil, or perhaps in the food that make them more beautiful? What kind of examples do you want, should I go around snapping photos of ugly woman to put on the internet?
If you are American on average Brazilians are skinnier, for sure, and often more exotic looking. However, there are still LOTS of beautiful woman. You know when Brazil promotes itself it doesnt show the ugly women, who I assure you exist.
Sorry, Brazil has nothing on Sweden when it comes to women possessing unnatural beauty, and India has some of the most beautiful women in the world.
