Exactly. Can't get more clear cut than that. If you wanted to talk about Bolivar, you would have to awknowledge that he had to get help from Alexander Petion in Haiti to continue the revolution. A little know fact about Haiti is that in the same vein the USA attracted European immigration post-independence, Haiti was the beacon for Free Blacks worldwide. Bolivar does get a strong third though because that involved the independence of several South American nations.
