Lol, if you take Asians out of the equation and just go with everyone else, then my vote goes to Peru. Mestiza Peruvians are In terms of personality though, I wouldn't touch 99.9% of Latinas with a barge pole

I have traveled to most of Latin America and I give the edge to Colombia and Venezuela followed by Brazil in terms of countries. Guadalajara Jalisco Mexico (especially the Los Altos region) holds a special place in my heart as well.

Peru actually has some of the least attractive women in Latin America. It's pretty universally accepted. Not saying there aren't attractive peruvian girls, of course there are some.

I've met some very hot women from Peru.
These "widely accepted ideas" really don't work. Everywhere in Latin America has good looking and bad looking people. It doesn't matter which country you're in.
Most of these "ideas" are simply tourism ploys and people buy into them. Look at Colombia for instance, they boast "hot women" to get a bunch of fat pathetic sex tourists to come. Just check out Medellin and you'll understand what I mean. Come to Chile? Chile has gorgeous women, just like all the other countries.. yet they have a good enough stable economy that they don't have to sell their women on every street corner and people say that "Chilean women are ugly"

Just saying. Pretty much everyone I know from there or has been there has said the same thing. Several friends have gone, I also have family who is partially from there.
