Sao Paulo is always most european than Rio in some aspects.
All the Brazilians I met when I visited Rio de Janeiro were warm and friendly...and I mean really nice. You need to move to New York City with your rude attitude. You'd fit right in.

??? In Rio the people is more open and i said that, but Rio is most african than european city or 50-50. Buenos Aires, Argentina look to the european city.
