Ibague is Colombia's 9th city, average sized. It's the musical capital of the Andes, capital of the Opita sub-region, lots of Colombian style waltz and Polka in the form of Bambucos and Pasillos. Also home to the Tamal and Lechona (traditional pork roast).
Ibague seems like a nice place, maybe I can go there if I ever end up in Colombia
