In the height of summer there's blue skies for sure although there's issues with hazy smog as the mountains trap the pollution.
I love the Providencia neighbourhood in Santiago.
The photos are nice, but these places look like many other places. Nice, but not really special. I wish people would be more creative with their construction and work towarding building structures that are more unique and stand out. This is my universal complaint. Not a direct hit at the places in those last pictures. I see nothing amazing. Very nice... but no wow. Their are leaders and then there are followers in design. Too many places just copy the basics, but fail to aim for something different. If everything looks similar why bother going there?
