JAIR BOLSONARO is a kind of Donaldo Trump in Brazil or Le Pen in France. He represents nowadays the extreme right wing.

PSDB party is center right wing

PT party is center left wing

But he is not that popular.

The oficial ressources only consideres those who are born in other states. So if 45% of pop. of metro SP are born somewhere else, if you include their children it will be much more than half of pop.

SP is almost twice as big as Rio and at a similar level, so naturally it is richer so to speak, simply due to size and scaling.

Sao Paulo is the richest State of Brazil. Sao Paulo and States in the south of Brazil are richer than Rio, but Rio are much more rich than northeast.
