Obviously, Mr. Stamps was educated in the Los Angeles Unified School District where imaginations are allowed to flourish and no student stands corrected. In fact, I believe Mr. Stamps is ready to fill the shoes of our beloved Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garrett when he becomes the next Gov. of California.
