China would quake in their boots. Not so much India there's no real geopolitical expansionism there. There's a love-hate relationship with the US but it will be stable something like UK-France relations, much more mutual respect.

this will happen the same day that frogs grow hair. Those countries share the same divisive and cainite nature present in Spain inherited from Gothic and Muslim rule.
Let's make Cuba, DR, PR, Panama and parts of the coastal areas of Colombia (and a bit inland to include Cali)...and make one country...what should we call it?
I'm basically grouping them that way as these 5 are all Spanish-speaking centered around the Caribbean, and have more of the African genetic mixed into their overall population.
