Hi, everyone!

Have you bought/sold any real estate lately, can you recommend a great agent that helped you and made you happy?

(Don't want to just enlist the first one from the phone book )
thanks!

We were very happy with the performance of Dan Wolf of Keller Williams when we bought an investment home in Anchorage in 2003. We did not use him for a property search though. We normally do that ourselves for the most part. He's still actively in the field and is very energetic. He has built a business team over the last few years and I can't vouch for the players having not dealt with them.

Anchorage, Alaska Real Estate : Dan Wolf : Anchorage,Alaska Real Estate Specialist (http://www.anchoragehomesearch.com/ourteam.htm - broken link)

Good luck to you, regardless of who you choose.

My real estate agent has a keen nose for great deals. His name is Oclet Henning. Just recently a house came on the market for $17,000 dollars. He told me it was priced well below market value and that I should put in a much higher bid. So I did. Put in an offer of $460,000 dollars and I GOT IT. I love Oclet.

Here's a picture of it.

In fact, Marty was the one that gave me the reference I quoted above a few years back when I was in the market.
