Any other helpful information would be greatly appreciated .

I know this is not the most interesting subject or that people usually keep away from these issues but an answer would make me feel like I am doing something. Please!

I'm not a lawyer but let me tell you something most lawyers will tell you: don't go around posting this info. publicly, it can and WILL be found and used against him. Get a decent lawyer even if you can't afford it.

I will spare the details since I was wisely advised to do so. Let me just say that it's an ALLEGED sexual assault. There are many, many inconsistencies on the other side.

I know it is alleged.

The best in Anchorage, without a doubt,

Rex Lamont Butler.

That's not advertising. I've watched Mr. Butler hone his skills over the last 18 years and if I ever needed a criminal defense attorney that's who I would call.

....

what state do you live in now?

If you're facing criminal prosecution, you'll have to deal with it in whatever state the alleged crime took place in. You say you're a future Anchorage resident but it isn't clear whether you're currently living in AK or not.
