You have everything backwards. You post Denali which is a Alaska forum in the Anchorage thread and you post a Anchorage question in the Alaska thread.

I agree. Bob, your best bet is Craigslist. Probably better then the ADN. Lots of people posting on there looking for roomates.

Tell ya what Bob, you rent a place with a separate Mother-In-Law suite for me (incl utilities, cable and internet) and I will be your housekeeper/laundry/cook. Can't beat that deal!!

thinking very strongly about spending whole summer and winter at Healy, Alaska 2010. denali national park area. have secured work job for summer times Chalet Resort. and additional income check $800 each month year round. any ideas might have? bob blockus

You seemed to really like the outfit, so if you really enjoyed the place last year, and they have permanent,year-round employment, I'd say go for it! What have you got to lose?

lyoness: interesting from facebook. Charles worked with me as dishwasher at EDR Chalet Resort. Charles is about age 28 and owns property with winterized Trailer and honda car 40 MPG. I am going to stay with him for whole year. Winter 2010 we should keep this thread open to see how Bob Blockus And Charles Dean Graham are doing together. Guess Healy Alaska in winter time has on line computer connection Denali National Park.

Sure :P The thing is this summer my gfriend is coming up but after summer is fine cause she'll be heading home. I don't know how much money I'll be having this next winter but I do know this winter I almost starved to death out here :P. I think next year will be better though. Sure dude if you want. I'm always here :P

Bob that sounds like an excellent plan. Charles sounds like an interesting guy. You guys could cut living expenses and save up a bundle of cash. Let us know how the plans go.
