Northern outfitter boots, satalite phone, nice snowmachine, costco box of hand warmers, nice columbia or north face coat, some heavy weight poly pro long underware, nice snow pants, large army mittens, nice breathable helmet with anti fog mouth cover. Some kind of hat for when you take your helmet off. You can buy a nice module home for 5K from the carpenters union on king street and plop it on some land, drill a well and septic throw up a wind mill and your good to go.
