I am not a member of the NRA though good friends of mine are. These cowardly f'ers shot a police officer. It does not matter to me how they got the guns.

IMO people should be allowed to own a weapon if they behave like an adult. If they don't it should be taken away.
I want the option to be able to protect myself from these criminals or a top predator.

I truly hope they catch these cowards soon. There are many cities where they would never make it to a courtroom alive. I have a wait and see attitude.

Looks like the officer is going to fully recover; also seems they might think the shooter has left the state:

Well that makes sense, im surprised he has not left the country, he is probably trying to get to mexico since Canada would extradite him in a second. Since it was not murder and the cop lived the US would have a hard time extraditing him from mexico or south america. Also since it was not murder there is likely a statute of limitations and he will wait 10-20 years and come back, living in a 3rd world country for 10 years is probably worse than jail of course the statute of limitations is probably less than what his actual sentence would be since this is a high profile case. Human life is human life but because it was a cop they will probably trump up the charges and because it got all this ADN coverage.

I'm starting to think that your not quite as educated as you want us to believe. Your posts ramble and don't make sense.

Still no arrests or suspects? Not good news. This case might go cold for a while.

There was just an incident like this in Phoenix, but the officer was killed (routine traffic stop). After a many mile chase and many shots fired with thankfully no other officers or civilian's killed or wounded, they shot the 2 in the vehicle and have them in custody. It happens all over, but no where is it justified.
