We are a family of 4, looking for a safe place to live in Ann Arbor.
Looking for a place 2BR or 3BR (around $1000 at most $1300), and at most 30min walking distance to U-Mich with good preschool/kindergarten. Which neighborhood should I look for first ?
Ideal location would be I walk and drop off my 4 year old to preschool and then walk to UM, total less than 30min.
How safe is it to rent a place remotely (thanks to google-maps) ?
Should I expect any mice/rat problem (they freak out my wife who suffered a lot in our current place. actually this may be our first priority
Any comments/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
