My wife and I, with our 5 young children are considering relocating to NE AA from Grosse Pointe. We have one in middle school with the rest in elementary. Can anyone express an opinion on NE AA for young active families. Prospective home in the Tanglewood neighborhood.

Clague is one of the better middle schools IMO. Logan is middle of the road for elementary schools in Ann Arbor based on state rankings. It ranks in the 76th percentile state wide but for Ann Arbor that is middle of the road.

It will be very different from Grosse Pointe with the size of the yards. I assume the family has driven through the Tanglewood subdivision?
If you don't pay a lawn service you'll want a sit down mower. Something not many folks in the Pointe's probably need
