In my mind, I lump these 4 under construction buildings together, as they are of similar size and should have a similar impact on their cities respective skyline. So, which one do you like best, and why? Which one will have the biggest impact? Any other thoughts?

CITC wins this, imo, with Salesforce right behind. The Wilshire Grand is technically the tallest in LA, but it's toothpick of a spire is the definition of cheating, imo. The US Bank Tower still looks taller. And Chicago is littered with tall buildings, so while the Vista is nice and will make an impact, it won't be that extreme.
I like the Vista Tower the best. I actually really like Salesforce too, but Vista is the more unique design. Salesforce is classic Pelli.
I'm not sure if there's a name for the architectural technique, but I don't like how the Comcast Innovation Center has "sections" or horizontal lines every 3/4 floors which breaks up the facade, but also creates the illusion of the building being shorter than it is.
Additionally, It looks like Vista Tower is the only one that is a residential building (Hotel + Condo).
