Definately somewhere 'up the hill' . Flagstaff, Show Low, Prescott, to name a few.

Here's a link to a map of AZ climate zones. More than half the state normally gets snow in the winter. The link at the bottom of the page gives a description of each zone.

Prescott still gets pretty hot, I was up at lynx lake last saturday and it was pretty hot, only like 90 and breezy, but I would suggest Flagstaff.

Places in AZ without having hot weather .....your best bet is Alpine...it's over 8000' above sea level in Apache County near NM ...nice mtn scenery too ...nice and cool all year long ....other towns nearby are abit lower but still relatively cool ...like ...Snowflake (the name says it all) Show Low ....Springerville....McNary ....they're all small ...need a larger town/city ...then Flagstaff or Williams are also not that hot usually ... average day time highs in summer are in the low 80's
