One walkable town I forgot about is Tombstone. The entire town is pretty much a tourist attraction with its old west theme, but it's pretty difficult to drive around there. You pretty much NEED to get out and walk in order to explore the place.

Tombstone is all about walking - a cool place ta visit - tourist trappish but fun, too.

I'd have to agree....our public transit system has gotten better, but it still takes twice as long to get somewhere as it would by car.

Oh gosh, we have ALL forgotten the MOST walkable town in Arizona. Maybe the whole country!

Supai!

Cause you gotta walk 8 miles to even GET to it, and you gotta walk around town because there's no cars, or even roads. Just some atv and horse trails.
