yeah, I saw the big warning signs....shoot, I thought it was a warning to left-lane campers to "move over" to a more appropriate lane if not actively passing

It's been on the local news this past week. They were saying the police are going to do heavy enforcement starting now whatever that means.rush hour traffic , and no one lets you change over to get out of the way.

Officers need to be able to focus on the person or people in the vehicle. It gets awful hard to do that when you have cars and trucks blowing by you two feet away (sometimes less) It's even less understandable when the next lane over is totally empty.
