Hi i am from chicago illinois and visiting tuscon arizona tmrw and wondering wat the weather is like.. I am use to it being cold most year round..hah i think itis safe to sayi dont need a jacket of thermal huh?

Correct.
It's safe to say you won't need a jacket. No thermals. No woolies. Bring a baseball cap or sun visor, sunglasses (sunscreen optional). T-shirts, shorts & flip-flops or sandals are very normal as well.
