For those who are just starting to explore areas in Arizona, please come up and see Vistancia (Peoria) and Trilogy (55+). Vistancia has some of the most beautiful landscape and has a wide assortment of builders offering starter homes to upscale million dollar homes as well. There is the new Blackstone golf course that will have the million + homes and custom homesites. There is an elementary school right on the site next to the clubhouse which has 3 swimming pools, basketball gymnasium, tennis courts and miles of lit walking trails and picnic areas. We are getting a new Safeway at the end of the walking trail down by our waterfall. We are also getting retail shopping 4 miles down the road with upscale stores in the future. Vistancia is a beautiful place, it's just way the heck up there. I like the Cobblestone streets.

While visiting Vistancia check out he old Country Store at 91st ave and Pinnacle Peak rd. Great food! They fill propane and have diesel fuel. Its like stepping back in time. It is the oldest self owned business in Peoria.
