Ok, after Sedona. That's a given.

I should have done a poll, perhaps, but I would rather have write in candidates. Make your case, and pics are welcome.

It's small, but Tubac is a pretty, artsy town in southern AZ (near the Mexican border) in a very nice setting.

I like Jerome, how it seems to cling to the side of the mountain and overlooking the Verde Valley.

There are many very nice small towns in AZ. Patagonia is realy relaxed, and very green.
Love Benson, it is very walk able, Has enough stores and a few restaurants. And is somewhat practible work wise.
But love the whole south east part.
Sedona is just busy, not my thing. And way out of reach financial.....
It would be hard to pick one town.
Pearce is something different, it is not a real town anymore, but it is very quiet endless views and you can feel the old west.
Just stand there if you get the oppertunity, it makes you calm and stress is not known

I think the mountain/forest towns are the prettiest. The White Mountain towns...Show Low, Pinetop, etc.. Mogollon Rim towns...Christopher Creek and Young. I like Payson and Prescott a lot and think both are pretty in their own ways.

Don't know about the towns but I still love the Verde Valley. I don't think any of them are particularly "pretty" but plenty of great scenery everywhere you look.

Depends on whether you are talking about the setting or the town itself. In many cases, the setting is lovely but the man made parts not so much.

I agree, as far as physical beauty goes, the White Mountains are gorgeous. I lived in this area (Show Low/Lakeside area) for several years when my kids were really little. Although it wasn't my favorite place to live, it was one of the most beautiful. And I loved the weather!

The usual suspects of Sedona, Flagstaff, and Jerome are indeed very beautiful but one isolated little known town off the beaten path on the Navajo Res that it in very pretty setting is Window Rock. Nice mix of scenic red rocks, ponderosa pine forest, stunning blue high desert skies, and the Navajo code talkers memorial. If you are on I-40 between Albuquerque and Flagstaff it's worth a stop to look at.
