All I know is I went to the OK corral in Tombstone and there was a big "No Guns" sign at the door.

Go figger...

When you go down that road you start having fights because everybody wants to be Doc Holliday.

Flag trouble comes to AZ.
Why? No trouble here. The Confederate flag ain't my flag. If the Civil War brought a particular battle to Picacho Peak, how is this any current Arizonan's problem? It wasn't my battle. Not many people currently living in Arizona should have any serious dawg in that fight.

If historic markers were placed up at Picacho Peak because of that battle, fine! I'm not seeing any problem.

I personally see no reason to climb a flagpole and take down a Confederate flag.

The Confederacy officially ended in 1865. It doesn't exist for me. Kind of like the the British flag stopped existing for the colonies in 1776. It's all part of American history.

We live in the 21st Century.

Correct, but the person I quoted said Kirk Douglas in "Tombstone".
