Anyone know if this is standard procedure in Arizona?
It's a non rented private residence. Same owner for many years.
In an HOA.

"It has come to our attention that you have an offsite mailing address listed for this property but we have not yet received a completed Owner/Tenant Registration Form from you per the Arizona Revised Statutes 33-1260.01 and 33-1806.01. Whether your property is leased, owner occupied or a second home we ask that you log into the web site below to access and update your account.

Go online and log in to our Management Account Management system at http:// and update the current occupancy status of your home by selecting the Occupancy/Rental Management Tab. If this is the first time you are logging in you will need to set up an account which takes only moments and will allow full access to your account information, community documents and forms, contact information and much more. To get started your passcode is 231-815-204.

We know your time is valuable and “office hours” don’t always work for everyone. Property Management has been found to be valuable to our Homeowner Customers – you pick your time to access and update the information you need to or verify your account information 24/7."

I would ask them (for my legal records) exactly which section of the Revised Statutes they are referring to.

Have you yelped the name of the company? Doesn't get good reviews.

I'm always leery when I see requests for private into. Looks for real. But maybe you can check on all this with your HOA mgr?

Might be legit. But there are a lot of Phishing scams out there. My advice is don't click on any links in the email.

You might check out the revised statutes referenced at the states website. Then go from there.
