Ok, let me change the question: Mild winters (no snow), but tolerable summers (nothing over 100 degrees F on a daily basis)

Average highs up on my land in J-Six (on the ridge west of Benson) for June, July & August are 93, 91 & 88. We average 3 days a year over 100 - just barely over 100.
Average lows in December and January are 35 (with highs around 60). All of this is pretty similar to Sierra Vista.

Climate Sierra Vista - Arizona and Weather averages Sierra Vista

J-Six is 40 minutes from downtown Tucson (about the same to Sierra Vista) and 10 minutes to "downtown" Benson.
Or - if you want a more developed area that J-Six - just move to Sierra Vista itself - as I said, we have identical climates.
The climate in SE Arizona is far milder than most folks realize - especially if you end up at that 4,000-4,500 elevation level.
Pretty darned perfect.

Ken

Ash Fork is pretty mild in summer. Winter is not that bad either, the coldest time is night. The day time temperature can be around 50F.

If your desired destination is solely based on weather, use a tool like this to look for your place in the sun, based on criteria that you choose, not someone's opinion: Weatherbase.

The OP's "no snow" qualifier, will knock out Benson and Sierra Vista...respective elevations of 3500' and 4600' will assure snow will occur, albeit, infrequently.

This is one site that will go into greater detail about weather in any given location: Weatherspark

There was no mention of humidity from the OP....as AZ residents know, Monsoon season brings humidity. Levels approaching mid west readings can and do occur...one summer in Sierra Vista, I swore I was back in Indiana it was so high. The one saving factor was the fantastic sunsets that accompany the monsoon season.

Sierra Vista does get snow, about three times a year and it is gone by noon. I have never seen it stick to asphalt in the six years I have been here. Dirt roads may accumulate, but the most I have seen on the ground here has been about two inches.Summer is much nicer and easier to take than what I had back in upstate NY. Don't worry about the humidity, it is nothing like back east. You really can't do much better than the climate here, and right now there are plenty of homes on the market for a great price.

Yeah, I still think the Sierra Vista area best meets the criteria. someone coming from an area that gets actual snow accumulation will likely regard SV as not getting snow.

Although the elevation is higher and it may snow on occasion, I would also include Bisbee as a recommendation.

Overall, Cochise County locations most closely match the OP request.

On average there is about .8 inches of snow per year.
January Hi 61 Low 34
June Hi 93 Low 63

No other considerations? Proximity to services, healthcare, etc?

It isn't going to be mild and sunny anywhere in AZ THIS winter.

Ha! Good point. El Nino is making himself known already.
