Looking for places that are mild and sunny all year in Arizona.
With an interest in rural places

Can you further define your definition of mild ? As compared to Wisconsin winter ? What about summer ? Yuma can be rural and is known for an average of 350 sunny days annually....with very mild winters, rarely frosting, last snow in the 1930's...however summer is a different story.

What else are you looking for in a destination ?

Regards

IMHO Superior, Bisbee, Globe, Benson, Sierra Vista and so on. MUCH cooler summers than Yuma but NO where near as cold as Flagstaff or even Prescott.

Yeah, we're going to need your definition of "mild."

Winters in Bullhead City, summer, spring and fall in Flagstaff. It only takes money!

If you want somewhere that is mild year-round, it sounds like you are looking for someplace in CA, unless you have a different definition of "mild". Now if you mean mild winters, we have a lot of those all over AZ.

What do you think it means?

2.
a. Moderate in type, degree, effect, or force: a mild pipe tobacco; a mild sedative.

Sorry friend, not trying to be a wise guy, but you mentioned mild year-round. Didn't know if you were ok with snow or not. As for Arizona, we have wonderful winters and I think they fit what you may be looking for. On the other hand, we have mild summers in places like Flagstaff, Sierra Vista, Payson and Pinetop.

Sounds like San Diego. If such a place is in AZ, it would cost millions......
