I like sports starting early. College Football at 9am and NFL at 10 for part of the year. Then other people change their clocks and ruin it.

It makes it really nice because when the sun goes down, it feels a lot cooler outside. Having the sun set at 7:30 - 8:00 at night gives you lots of time to get outdoors in the evening to work on the house, go for a walk, etc. It can still be 105, but it feels more like 90!

I remember the agony of having to reset every clock, dvd player, watch in my house twice a year and I could not find the manuals on how to reset the time on all these devices so I would have to leave some with the wrong time.

It's great to not have to be conscious of it and having to change the times on clocks and such. I don't even notice anymore. So then when one of my friends is saying how late it is while they're in another timezone, it's kind of great to not have to deal with that.

I honestly wish we just used California(Pacific) Time year round, as someone who starts work at 6am, I hate that in December and January that it's still dark at 7am, that wouldn't happen if we used CA time year round, cause our late sunrise would be at 6:50 in early November rather than 7:33 in early to mid January like it is now

After we left Arizona with a young child, we found out how much of a pain in the rear it is getting your kids adjusted to the time change.

My response, K-Man . . .

Why in the world would anyone living in the Desert Southwest with "half a brain" want the Blazing Hot Sun to stay overhead during the peak of Summer one hour longer?
