Hmmm. It's thundering and there's lightning and, yes, dare I say, wet rain here.

I have the windows open and the breeze feels so wonderful after all the heat. Pure bliss.

I'll bet Cochise county always gets more monsoon action than any other part of AZ.

I wouldn't say I "love" or even "like" the rain. I am more indifferent and accept it as a necessity here in the desert. It's nice to break the monotony of sunny days once in a while but this humidity, especially in the mornings is a killer, yuck. Waiting for it to end

Two days in a row we got a 15 minute HEAVY rain and done. Yesterday we got a few sprinkles. I've seen "Nonsoons" here before but this one is really weird. Sometimes we get a nice thunder/lightning show but nary a drop of water. Sedona has been smacked pretty good a few times. I can see it really well from my east facing windows and feel 'jealous'. lol

LOL!

I'm getting real gypped at my home. It seems as though the property I bought is always on the dry side of the dang street!

I'm going to sue the seller, the real estate agent, the mortgage company, the county, and most of all, blame Trump.

At least you are placing the blame where it belongs, square on the shoulders of Mr. Trump..

Don't feel bad; down here in the NW tip of phoenix, we've had a ton of wind, some dust, and a WHOPPING .17 of an inch so far during this NONsoon...every day it looks like your neck of the woods is getting soaking rains...maybe you should just move across the street?

I don't know, there's a bunch of lifted trucks over there and I think they even wear MAGA hats, makes me scared.
But while I was gone at work, my side of the street got a bit, though don't know how much. My yard was wet,
