Hey everyone,
So my parents are planning to visit Arizona and we are planning to spend like 2-3 days in Arizona's Phoenix Area and visit all the places there.
So is there any more beautiful place apart from them.
Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance!

What time of year are you coming? A lot of people like to hike the hills in Phoenix, such as South Mountain; or visit a resort and go horse back riding.

Might want to read this first... LOL

2-3 days isn't nearly enough. You could visit Scottsdale for upscale shopping. Phoenix is like any big, flat city. For true beauty look north. The Grand Canyon, Flagstaff and Sedona (there's 3 days alone) of course, but there's so many places to see. Prescott, Jerome, Mogollon Rim country, Montezumas Castle and Well (just off I17 on the way to Flag). So many historic places and hiking. Monument Valley, Page, the painted desert, petrified forest, etc. Tombstone and Bisbee in the SE part. Tucson is a vacation in it's own right with the BioSphere, and the massive aircraft "boneyard."

Just be sure to hang your shoes up so scorpions don't crawl in them while you sleep, and don't step on a rattlesnake, they are everywhere, sometimes even come up through the toilets I hear. Oh and the bears, watch out for bears. Oh, and have a great trip!

Without a doubt . . . THE GRAND CANYON.

I always recommend The Train aka: Grand Canyon | Grand Canyon Railway & Hotel for a fantastic day trip that is super relaxing, scenic beyond belief and cannot be beat.

Just enough time to enjoy the sights, have a nice lunch and pick up a souvenir or two before heading back down.

Also, AAA and AARP have some great deals.

All this is very true. In the Phoenix area, the places to see are some of the museums, and places like Desert Botanical Gardens. I do NOT recommend hiking in the hills in & around Phoenix. For that and many other natural type of sightseeing, there are many other parts of the state which have much more to offer than anything around Phoenix (which is primarily desert). Arizona has some of the best variety of topography and climate zones of any other state ... in addition to all the things mentioned above.

One other thing I recommend if going to Flagstaff or Grand Canyon: the Snow Bowl. It's open during the off season and you can take the chair lifts to the top of the mountain. It's the highest elevation in the entire state, and the views are spectacular from there.

If you want to see cactus and do a little hiking then Boyce Thompson Arboretum is always a nice choice, It's only about an hour outside of Phoenix (from the east valley).

That looks so nice! I would love to take my grandkids on the Grand Canyon Railway. Maybe someday.

Down south is Tombstone real old west history you can see the real Boot Hill cemetery where the men who were killed during the 1880 shootout at the OK corral are buried. Stop at the Copper Queen mine take tour in 100 year old copper mine stop in towns like Bisbee. Stop by the titan missile museum only working ICBM missile museum in the nation if that interests you.

If you go north towns like Jerome perched on the side of hill another copper mining town built in the early 1800-1900's about 2 hour drive from Phoenix on the way to the Grand Canyon.

Excellent ideas for Arizona fun. I'd go to my favorites Bisbee (anywhere in town - Brewery Gulch for starters- I love the ambiance of the town) and Tombstone is pert-near a must for vacationers ta peek at. Rich in old-west history and worth the trip. Never been to Jerome or the Titan Missile Museum and wouldn't mind seeing either of those.

I would add a trip over to the Willcox area and see Cochise Stronghold on the east side of the Dragoon Mountains to see where Chief Cochise made a hideout dwelling in the mountains there and also Fort Bowie and a tad further south go see the Chiracahua Monument National Park. Hoodoos remain after a huge volcanic explosion occurring scads of years ago. Absolutely quiet and hauntingly beautiful to spend time there in awe of the natural beauty. To me this place is a must-see.

Fort Bowie is where Geronimo was sent to after he was captured. His 2 year-old son is buried there - he died from the flu. Just the walls remain plus plenty of informational placards placed right where the various buildings were at, including the fort's hospital. Fascinating to see this, too.
