I know so much other stuff going on, but the City of Casa Grande did get to sort of officially announce another project that could be a game changer economically.
A new company that has been in discussions for this project for over a year finally provided some public detail.
Company Name - "Nacero" -

Their plan is to build a Natural Gas to Gasoline plant using natural gas that is already flowing through the area in a pipeline from Texas.
It will consist of 2000 construction jobs and the project will be built on 1000 acres near our existing industrial area (we have a Frito Lay and Abbot lab factories just across the street from this site.
It will take about a year to get all the permits in place, so construction starting in 2021.
After construction it will be 265 jobs with an average salary of 90K.
The principals speaking at the council meeting tonight seemed to be well credentialed and with vast industry experience.
They claim the gasoline will be vehicle ready and competitively priced, but much cleaner than existing fuel.
