Covid 19 Kills people.

The government run by Gov. Ducey DESTROYS people.

Is there a difference?

At least allow me the honor of fighting for my life.

DON'T just hand me a "wooden" bar of soap and tell me to take a shower.

Are you willing to see the economy destroyed and people lives shattered based on faulty computer models? The health ramifications of people not getting healthcare, loosing income, closing their business, going bankrupt will far exceed the minimal risk of opening everything up. Look at Sweden.

Of course it's about politics. Pushing it to the 15th gives Ducey cover he needs. Doesn't matter what he actually believes... the 15th is the safe play.

By this date my feeling is much of the country will look to reopen.

Five weeks ago I saw my Gilbert renters and the neighborhood was outside playing games with their kids. Next I saw teachers from the local elementary school drive by in a cavern and wave. Everyone was so pleased and proud. "We all in this Together" was the vibe.

Last week I was at the house again and while I was there asked the renter when were her kids going back. She didn't know but the sooner the better as far as she was concerned..

Yes. People need to live their lives. You are more likely to get COVID-19 at an "essential business" like Walmart than you are, say, a local mom and pop shop of any kind.. The "have them sign a waiver renouncing healthcare" crap flooding social media is just that, crap.

Politicians can get haircuts but damn John Q Public for venturing out and getting COVID-19.

The waiver thing is more philosophic than realistic, but I agree with the notion. You can bust out the Flowbee or give it a couple weeks until we have a better grasp on this thing. If you buck the system and get your blowout against recommendations, why should healthcare workers be put at risk to bail you out? Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. One shouldn’t get to jeopardize others over poor choices.

Living isn't a poor choice. Sweden has been showing that.

Getting a haircut in the middle of a pandemic is a poor choice, and it’s utterly selfish to expect others to put themselves at risk because you need a fade.

Sweden’s death rate compared to neighboring countries negates your argument.
