I am on the way to solving the problem.
I had remembered depositing the cash the same day I sold the bike.
So I looked up that date with my bank and checked my cell phone bill for a call out of Phoenix early morning on that date.
I called the number and the guy that bought the bike for the Phoenix dealership answered and I told him about the problem.
He told me as a buyer he has already ran into the same problem very recently on another bike he bought for the dealership.
I am sending copies of the 3 titles I have to him for the dealership and suggested he have the dealership business manager call me if they have any questions.
It's anyone's guess as to what MVD is doing.

OK, I remembered the date I sold the bike by checking my bank deposit and I knew that I got the call from the buyer from an area code 602 phone number and checked my cell phone billing and found the buyer.
He in turn checked with his business manager and their MVD access shows the bike in the name of the new buyer so they told me to just destroy the 3 new titles that I have.
Problem solved.
That new software they installed last year still apparently has some problems.

Glad you figured it out turned out to just be a mistake.

THANKS MVD.
I've been rather impressed, overall, as well.
