When I moved back here in 2016 from WA, I found a motel that was renting a kitchenette week to week. Stayed there about a month until I found a more permanent rental.

Might you recall the name? I am still looking. Now it looks like we are leaning to buy the home a tenant is in and he would be our tenants until his lease is up. Oct 31 not Oct 1 like I previously wrote.
We hope he will let us begin on garden work while he still lives there as his current lease seems to stipulate the landlord is responsible for about half.
I don't see any changes here with our sell. So we have a few weeks to move.

Vista is the name of the apt complex that is month to month if we are stuck waiting for Tennant to move out. I see many apts have Vista word in them but this is only 'The Vista' and outside sign says furnished month to month. It looks like an average extended stay. The renovated ones they put up on Airbnb with a very different rate.
