I am 56 and will be living with my sister and her husband once they relocate from Georgia. Till then I will rent. Are you female? You can write me privately in you are female and a non smoker... Sorry but I don't want anymore men in my life. Just want to do what I want from now on.

I have all kinds of relatives in Orlando. I grew up there.

We live about 45 minutes from Show Low, and still own a house there. I hope you like it Summers are very nice, and the "monsoon season" (August) makes for some beautiful storm watching in the late afternoons; we used to sit on our front porch and watch the show.

We're moving back to CA this summer, otherwise I'd like to meet.

I replied on the other thread It's already rented out, the tenant has been there for two years. Four bedrooms are harder to come by than three bedrooms, but I have seen lots of three bedrooms w/family rooms. Do you mind a manufactured home? If not, you will have many more options. There are tons of them here, on private land, not parks; no stigmas attached to them at all...most look like "real" houses.

A "real" four bedroom will run 1200-2000.

What is wrong with a manufactured home? How come no one likes them? I don't think I have ever seen one. Is it a trailer?

Steve,

Do you want to be right in town? Is 15 minutes out too far? How much land do you want?
