Hello all,

Can someone please tell me why, in my home search in the Buckeye area, that I always come up with so many homes "For Sale" in Sundance???

Did they allow investors to buy in there, without even living in the houses, and now they are all stuck with them???

I was searching today on REALTOR.com, and found 90+ homes within my search criteria, and I kid you not.....probably at least 25 of them are in Sundance...

Thanks...

The builders here had penalties for anyone trying to sell or rent within a year of purchase. But a lot of investors bought anyway. A lot of the houses for sale in my neighborhood are vacant.

It's a fairly large community.

That happened all over the valley until they put a stop to it for a short time. Yes investors raped the Valley and now they are dumping.

Well, for one, Sundance is a pretty massive development. Two, most people that move to Phoenix, leave. And three, investors are cruel.
