Gosh, the list of things to do here is long! Opera in the Ozarks is awesome, tour the Queen Anne Mansion, ride the ES&NA train, hit all the shops in and outside of town, visit the Pioneer Museum in Golden, MO just north of ES (awesome!) Berryville and Eureka both have historical museums, Onyx Cave and Cosmic Caverns, Quigley Castle, climb a viewing tower, Ozark Mountain Hoedown or the Pine Mountain Jamboree are great, there is almost always free music at Basin Park, the cemetery and hotel ghost tours, and you could eat yourself fat trying out all the unique cuisine. If you ride a motorcycle there is always something to do, but even without one, the scenery is perfect. The Pig Trail, out to Beavertown and across the suspension bridge, Inspiration Point, Beaver Dam, heck any way you drive from or to ES is pretty!
