I was wondering if anyone can tell me how safe it is in a particular area of Pine Bluff. I would like to know about the block, I guess you could say, where W 18th Ave meets S Poplar Street. I grew up around there and I want to know how it is. I might be moving into a home there and just want to check up on it. I know about a block or so from there is like a Church's Chicken, a Food King and maybe 1 or 2 other things. It was that way even when I lived there about 15 years ago. I know those places are probably worse off now. I would probably just do my shopping in the next available town. Any information on this specific area would be great guys. I have read tons of stuff about Pine Bluff in general but I know there are always questionable streets, where maybe like 2 streets over it is fine. All info would be greatly appreciated.

IMHO, it wasn't too safe 30 years ago. Can't imagine it has gotten better.
