So, I looked through the threads I could find about Hot Springs but couldn't find any information about the utilities there. I was just wondering if anyone could give me an estimate for how much utilities would cost for 3 people, (2 adults and a baby) in a 2 bedroom house. I already know (roughly) how much rent will be but I wanted to make sure that when I move out to HS I have enough $$ for the utilities as well as rent. (I'll be moving in April/May of 2013).

You should be around $150 - $200 a month for water and electric. I've never had gas.

Entergy is electricity provider and the city provides the water, both drinking and sprinkler water and trash pick-up. So you would need to contact both entities. Went smoothly for us a year ago. I've found the rates reasonable. I essentially agree with the first reply.

As to television, either Dish or Direct TV services the area.
