Eastern Arkansas very near Memphis. Looking for the location of an old dirt airstrip from 1947. Very near the strip was a Texaco Station. Supposedly had a hanger adjacent to the barn that was there.

Versatile, looks like no takers for your request. Can you be more specific? Was it one of the many WWII training strips in that part of the state, or a crop duster strip, or a private strip? What highway was it near? North or south of US Highway 70? Which county was it in? Answers to any of those questions will help. There's lots of "delta" over there!
