I let someone move in with me under a verbal agreement that she was going to pay half the rent and half the utilities. Three months later she hasn't been able to keep a job and not only has she not paid for anything but she can't buy her own food and has been eating mine! I asked her to move out and she has but she still has a lot of stuff in my house that she left. She has come back once to get clothes and stuff but I still have her bed and several boxes worth of random things.

I've tried researching Arkansas Law but most of what I can find is about landlords and renters but I don't know if we are that because there was only the verbal agreement.

Do I have the right to get rid of her stuff or do I have to wait until she comes and get it?

I am not aware of any law that fits your situation, but if was me I'd tell her she has X hours to come get her stuff or it goes outside until she does pick it up. Of course most people aren't as cold as I am, but it seems you have already gone the extra mile.
