In a little over a month as part of cross country trip, will be driving from Memphis to Fort Smith. What are some interesting places to eat/see along the way. This drive will be done in one day - I don't plan to stay over night in between. Dan in Nor Cal.

There is a bbq joint in DeValls Bluff that is supposed to be one of the best places to eat in America. Little Rock has the Clinton Museum. Ft. Smith has a sizeable Vietnamese population and that's where I had the best pho I've ever eaten.
